Group 1

Discrimination Grievance Complaints related to discrimination based on SC/ST/Minority/Women/Disabled status or other factors like race, religion, sex, etc.
Evaluation Process Issues Complaints about unfair or non-transparent evaluation practices.

Group 2

Harassment Complaints Complaints involving harassment by students or teachers.
Student Amenities / Education Quality Issues with amenities or lack of promised/required academic support and infrastructure.
Victimization Complaints Includes complaints about ragging, bullying, abuse, physical/mental torture, etc.

Group 3

Admission Issues Complaints about unfair admission practices against declared policies.
Attendance Disputes Complaints about inaccurate or partial attendance tracking.
Fee Related Grievance Overcharging, unjustified fee demands, refusal to refund, etc.

Group 4

Non-observance of AICTE Norms Violations of AICTE regulations regarding academics or infrastructure.
Scholarship Delays Non-payment or delayed payment of scholarships.
Document Retention Issues Withholding original certificates/documents of students unjustly.
