Placement Cell

Over the years, the Institute has made continuous effort to develop the placement Cell into a fully fledged Department. Placement Cell enjoys the status of one independent Department. It functions round the Year with series of activities.

It has two fold thrust areas:

1. To Enhance Employability Skills of Students (Career Development).

2. To organize Campus Interview.

Career Development

The academic curriculum focuses mainly on gaining subject knowledge. A polishing is needed to gear up the students with skills required to get employed. Carrer Development works with following objectives.

1. Goal setting activity for each student.

2. Strategy adoption to work for the Goal Set.

3. Preparatory process involves arranging coaching from eminent in the field.

4. Evaluation of upgraded skills at regular intervals.

5. Accrediting and short listing the student for Campus Interview.

Training Methods Of Career Development Cell

• Coaching for good spoken English
• Improvement in quantitative/logical reasoning
• Aiming to make the follower to be a leader.
• Arranging Mock interview and Group discussions.
• Evaluation of upgraded skills at regular intervals.

Efforts & Impact at a Glance

POOL CAMPUS ATTENDED BY HKE’S POLYTECHNIC STUDENTS

The drive was organized for final-year diploma students. Our students participated in the recruitment process as per the schedule provided by the organizers. The drive was conducted on January 12/01/2026 at 10 am in Government Polytechnic Raichur Campus.

The selection process included document verification and interview rounds as conducted by the company representatives. The pool campus drive provided students with valuable exposure to industry recruitment practices. Details regarding shortlisted and selected candidates will be updated upon receipt of official communication from the company.

SOFT SKILL TRAINING PROVIDED BY SAMBHAV FOUNDATION

Soft Skill Training Program was conducted by Sambhav Foundation for the students of HKE’S Polytechnic College on 30-09-2025 at 9.30am. The training focused on enhancing students’ communication skills, personality development, teamwork, time management, and interview readiness. The program aimed to improve students’ employability and prepare them for industry and workplace expectations.

The sessions were interactive and beneficial, helping students gain confidence and practical understanding of essential soft skills required for professional growth
